Technical Project Manager
Summary Seeking an experienced Technical Project manager to oversee the overall execution of project processes and deliverables in-line with the project statement of work including planning, financial, communication, stakeholder, risk and issue, and scope management. Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and will need to be highly organized as they will be managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Experience in implementation of core banking solution and integration of payment systems and development of payment solutions.
● Good understanding of Banking Functional Requirements Specifications and Software Requirements Specifications.
● Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed to relevant teams and departments.
● Support the project execution and governance by tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
● Co-ordinate project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
● Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
● Identify the processes and activities needing improvement and identify and communicate the new workable process standards and best practices to approach those activities.
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and experienced in end to end project management.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of project management experience managing high complexity projects or project streams following Project Management Life Cycle.
● Extensive experience in working with banks is mandatory.
● Project Management Certifications ( PMP, PRINCE 2) will be an advantage.
● Good and effective communication and leadership skills.
Education
● Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
