Job Description

Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize JMeter for performance testing, ensuring applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Contribute to the assessment and improvement of system performance, reliability, and stability.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Cypress.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Functional and Non-Functional testing.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript programming languages.
- Strong understanding of performance testing using JMeter.
- Familiarity with security testing principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in Groovy programming language.
- Familiarity with AngularJS.
- Knowledge of Data pipelines, database testing, or Python is a plus.
