Project Manager - Remote

Summary We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple concurrent projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with external customer cross-functional teams, managing project resources and working across a broad range of functions both internally and with our customer(s) to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with external customer stakeholders across 8 different functional areas.

● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.

● Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

● Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

● Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.

● Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve resource constraints.

● Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.

● Ability to influence and communicate across both internal and external customer stakeholders.

● Provide regular project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns on time..

● Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

● Proactively manage and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

● Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

● Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Ensure smooth project closure, including obtaining project sign-offs and capturing lessons learned.

● Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

● Commercial awareness and experience of running services or projects for external customers; proven ability to set project budget objectives and track through the


● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance or financial industry.

● Project Management Professional (PMP or PMP-ACP) certification is a plus.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

● Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
