Solutions Architect

Summary Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of effective and scalable technology solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and robust solutions.

● Define and document the overall architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.

● Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of architectural designs.

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization's architecture.

● Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.

● Work closely with development teams to ensure the application of best practices in software design and coding.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, applications, and databases across the organization.

● Should be able to work with a customer directly to understand business requirements and translate this into a solution architecture.

● Need to be highly consultative and business facing as well as the ability to work with a technical team

● Develop and maintain integration standards and guidelines.

● Define and implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

● Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.

● Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and guidelines.

● Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably.

Requirements

● Customer-facing experience including strong influencing, active listening, and consultative capabilities

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in a complex enterprise environment.

● Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions.

● In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.

● Familiarity with modern development technologies, frameworks, and languages.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
